After a comprehensive 3-0 victory over Wolfsburg at the weekend that put them right back into title contention in one of the most competitive Bundesliga title races in recent years, RB Leipzig turn their attention to Europe where they host English giants Manchester City in the first leg of the round of 16. Leipzig have been quite solid at home, losing just twice in their last 16 matches across all competitions. They will be wary of the threat posed by the visitors though who have penciled out this competition as one that is missing from their vast collection over the last few years of their domination.

Man City come into this match on the back of a disappointing 1-1 draw with Nottingham at the weekend that saw that hand back the top slot in the Premier League back to Arsenal barely a week after they wrestled it from them with a commanding 3-1 win at the Emirates.
